FF01 is a new USD 38mm front fork made by FG GUBELLINI. This suspension unit is a new reference for miniGP and PitBike category. The fork is able up to 120mm of stroke, hydraulic adjuster for compression, hydraulic adjuster for rebound and spring initial. The fork foot is machining made with radial mono brake disk. Differents lenghs and stroke are available on demand.

3D Design - Each product is carefully designed using 3D solid modeling software, thus allowing the simulation of performance under stress.

Pistons calibrated band - Every pistons of the front forks and hydraulic cartridges are calibrated hot. Through this process we are able to maintain performance even after thousands of miles of use. Also, when the suspension is heated the hydraulic damping does not decay and can give the best support to the riding.

Processing - All the details included in to the suspension are made by machining centers with advanced materials strictly controlled. Each component can be replaced at a later date, thus ensuring the maintenance of full suspension.
