FG Gubellini make two different kind of fork catridge: the first one is a traditional catridge system (cod. FGCC) for naked, sport and touring bikes; the second one is a racing propouse catridge (cod. FGCC01 - PRESSIONE ZERO) with new tecnology called "PRESSIONE ZERO" (Zero Pressure).

FGCC01 - PRESSIONE ZERO

This catridge is the top reference of front fork performance. "PRESSIONE ZERO" use a innovative tecnology that consist in a new hydraulic system that keep the inside prressure very close to zero. This kind of system give all the benefit of standard pressure catridge (as the progression of hydraulic resistence) but gives (at the same time) to the rider the sensitive and feeling of traditional catridge.
The cartridge comes already assembled (with caps and springs) and ready to install into the original front fork. The use of cartridges FGCC01 ZERO PRESSURE radically improve the standard hydraulic fork, making it more sensitive in middle of corners or in the urban center, and increased support in critical situations such as braking and high speedweight transfer. Particularly suitable for sports and "racing" of the bike.

3D Design - Each product is carefully designed using 3D solid modeling software, thus allowing the simulation of performance under stress.

Pistons calibrated band - The pistons of the front forks and hydraulic cartridges are hot calibrated. Through this process we are able to maintain performance even after thousands of miles of use. Also, when the suspension is heated, hydraulic damping do not decay and can exploit maximum of bikes.

Processing - All the details that make the suspension is made ??by machining centers with advanced materials strictly controlled. Each component can be replaced at a later date, thus ensuring the maintenance of full suspension.

FGCC

The FGCC catdrige could improve highly the functioning of the original front fork without big changes. They are ready to be installed, instructions included. A very good calibration setting is included, thanks to many details derived from the races.
The cadrige change a lot the features of hydraulic work. It become more consistant in every weight transfer and more sensitive on middle corner.
